Basketball Skills Academy

Classes are offered for every level from the beginners to advance player to learn and improve their basketball skills.  Our coaches have a tremendous passion for teaching, with a daily emphasis on skills development, teamwork, and fair play.

This class teaches children in basic poses, mindful movement, breathing activities, and many other cooperative learning games and activities. These activities develop character, creativity, positive social interaction, emotional balance, intelligence, and awareness, as well as body awareness. Yoga is inclusive and allows young adults and children to participate at their own level, helping to improve self-esteem for all!
