CITY House, Collin Intervention to Youth, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving youth and families from Collin County and surrounding counties.
For 16 years, CITY House has been providing a safe environment for 10 to 17 year olds in the only teen homeless shelter in Collin County.
CITY Family Center has been providing free counseling to families since 1996 to help resolve their physical and emotional crises.
The Transitional Living Program, begun in 2001, has been helping older teens and young adults learn the skills needed to lead independent and productive lives.
Curerntly DAPE provides educational services to many at- risk families,community based orginazations and teens through several programs. A non-profit organization since 1959.
We provide quality safety and shelter to battered women and their children through crisis intervention and short term crisis therapeutics and to reduce the occurrence of violence against women and children in the greater Dallas area.

1. Must have Housing need, be willing to partner with Habitat, and ability to pay mortgage.
2. Agree to work sweat equity hours of 300 hours per adult
3. Income range between 30 – 60 % median income, Collin County median income is $70,835
4. A family must make between $21,250 - $42,500 annually for a family of four
